How to Use Filters and Sort Deals?
Default Saved Filters
The filter option lets you refine the deals shown by selecting specific criteria, helping you view only the deals that meet your conditions. Follow the steps to access the filter option:

Click the All Deal dropdown next to the filter option.

Use the toggle buttons to switch between Filter and Sales Owner as needed.

- The Filter button dropdown display a list of default filters, including Created and Shared filters.
List of Default Saved Filters:

| All deals | List of all the deals in the web application. |
| My deals | Lists the deals that are assigned to and owned by you. |
| Open deals | List of all the deals in the open state. |
| Won deals | List of all the deals in the won state. |
| Lost deals | List of all the deals in the lost state. |
| Hot deals | Lists the deals that have a deal value greater than 1000. |
| Cold deals | Lists the deals that were created 3 months ago. |
| My territory deals | Lists the deals that have been assigned to your territory. |
| Recent deals | Lists the deals created in the last 24 hours. |
| Recently imported deals | Lists the deals that have been recently imported into the web application. |
| Closing this week | Lists the deals whose expected closing date is set as this week. |
| This month sales | Lists the deals whose expected closing date is set as this month. |
| Recycle Bin | Lists the contacts that have been moved to the recycle bin. These will be stored in your CRM for 90 days before being permanently deleted. |
Sorting Deals in Twozo
The default pipeline stages New, Won, and Lost are clearly visible. Under each stage, the total deal value in the base currency and the total number of deals for that stage are displayed.

The default Sort option is located at the top-right corner of the deal stage.

Click the Sort option to open a menu with both ascending and descending order choices.

By default, deals are sorted by Created at Ascending.

Only one field can be selected for sorting at a time, either in ascending or descending order.
